Good entertainment for children with trampoline near dining area. Beach is ideal for kids, shallow and clean. Plenty of sports activities available. Rooms are spacious, clean, and some have cooking facilities. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. Great diversity of food options, including good wines. Beaches are safe but crowded, so reserve sunbeds in advance.

Half board doesn't include any drink at dinner. Safe deposit box in room costs 15.90 euro per week.

General efficiency and cleanliness of staff and hotel. Attention to detail was great and the food was very good and varied ( particularly liked the lobster and steak on our last night!). Bar prices were reasonable. The entertainment team ( sports and stage were great)

The setting for dinner was a little canteen like even though the food was very good ( see above). The beach view restaurant was very hot and the staff suffering the heat ( which was a little off putting) and the trees were too high to see the beach! It might have been nice to have some more traditional spanish entertainment in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at Iberostar Selection. The variety of food in the restaurants was impressive, and we were especially pleased with the quality of the buffets. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with nice bathrooms. The hotel also had great amenities for families, with plenty of activities for children and a kids' club. The pools were lovely and there was a nice beach nearby. The evening entertainment was enjoyable for both adults and children. The staff were helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Large hotel, beautiful beach and architecture and very good cleanliness, very polite and friendly staff, but extremely crowded around the pool and in the eating area which gave us the flavour of the mass tourism of the Canary Islands. By far too small pools for the amount of guests. Very expensive as well in July, 2.000 euros for a family room for 6 nights... Altogether the best Iberostar hotel along the coastline of Port d'Alcudia/Playa Muro, but I would not chosse Iberostar the next time and preferably choose another part of beautiful Mallorca, north west or bay of Palma or south instead.

Immaculately clean rooms that are spacious and perfect for families with kids. The pool is absolutely stunning and offers a great place to relax and have fun. The hotel's location right on the beach allows for easy access to the beautiful sandy shores. The staff members are incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to assist, especially in the restaurant. The food is diverse and delicious, with options for both adults and kids. The facilities provided at the hotel are excellent, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is a very family-friendly resort, with a children's play area and a kids club for little ones to enjoy. The beach is safe for kids with a flat entrance into the sea. The animation team organizes entertaining activities for both kids and adults.

We loved the quiet beach location, ideal for families with shallow waters. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Mila, Eugeniy, and Lotte. The shows were well-crafted and enjoyable. Our daughter adored the children's pool area with slides and pony rides. The rooms were spacious, clean, and peaceful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic, with plenty of variety and freshly cooked food.

The resort had a wide variety of children's leisure activities that kept us entertained the whole time. From fun games and contests to exciting water sports, we had an absolute blast! And the best part was being surrounded by nature in Majorca's Albufera Nature Park, making our family outings even more enjoyable. The resort's comfortable and modern facilities ensured that we had the utmost comfort throughout our stay. Can't wait to come back!

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers like us. While the resort had great entertainment options for families, we would have loved more activities specifically tailored to the young adult crowd.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on the beach, was simply stunning. The beautiful views from my large balcony of the ocean and pools below were breathtaking. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in a nice and quiet area, away from the crowds, providing a sense of tranquility during my stay. Moreover, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness and helpfulness made my experience even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The best aspect of the hotel was its location near the beautiful and massive sandy beach. It was great to have the park and woodland so close as well. The room and bathroom were kept clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a huge selection of food available. the pool and entertainment facilities were great for the kids.

There was a bad smell in some of the areas, which was off-putting.

What a weekend! The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety and the staff were super friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants. The pool area was also great with plenty of space and loungers available.

The room was a bit outdated and could have used some renovations. The bathroom was particularly small and the shower didn't have the best water pressure.

Great location, close to the beach and easily accessible from the airport. Good selection of food and attentive staff.

The reception staff were not very friendly, and the check-in process was slow. The air conditioning in the room was not working and the room was very stuffy.
